About the Role

As a Senior Foreman – Residential, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring all construction activities run smoothly and according to the project plan. You will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors and workers, implementing quality control procedures, and maintaining strict health and safety compliance on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all construction activities run smoothly and according to the project plan.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and workers, allocating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
  • Implement and uphold quality control procedures, ensuring workmanship meets Pentagon Projects high-quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure strict health and safety compliance on-site, including conducting toolbox talks and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Monitor progress against schedules, identifying delays early and reporting issues to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
  • Interpret construction drawings and specifications, ensuring teams understand and correctly execute project requirements.
  • Manage materials and resources, including ordering supplies, preventing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily logs, site diaries, attendance registers, and progress reports.
  • Oversee site inspections, ensuring work is prepared for partner or client walkthroughs and meets regulatory standards.
  • Foster professional communication, liaising with clients, engineers, inspectors, and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.
