Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManage reception and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clientsHandle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence professionallyMaintain a clean, secure, and organized reception areaProvide general administrative support across the officeMaintain filing systems and manage office suppliesSchedule meetings and prepare necessary documents for meetingsManage calendars and appointments for managementLiaise with service providers and handle basic office maintenance issuesSupport management with diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondenceProvide general support to management as neededAssist with basic financial administration Support tax-related filing and correspondenceLiaise with relevant authorities and maintain related recordsCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSMatric (Grade 12) qualification requiredPrevious experience in office administration and/or personal assistant roles essentialExcellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Fluent in English; Afrikaans is an advantageProfessional, friendly, confident, and detail-orientedExcellent interpersonal skills and trustworthyAbility to work independently, proactively, and under pressureValid drivers licence and reliable own transport essential.
