About the Role
Tsebeplex Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Tender Administrator to join our Hatfield, Pretoria based office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender administration and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new tenders via online platforms
- Procure tender documents where required
- Plan and attend tender briefings
- Maintain and update a tender register
- Compile tender submissions under HOD supervision
- Coordinate geographically spread submissions
- Ensure documents are approved before submission deadlines
- Conduct quarterly follow-ups on tender evaluations
- Monitor and renew compliance documents before expiry
- Ensure adherence to company protocols
- Attend weekly planning meetings with HOD
Requirements
- Matric (additional diplomas advantageous)
- Minimum 2 years tender administration experience (mandatory)
- Experience in facility management tenders advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Traceable references (checks will be conducted)
