About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tender Administrator to join our Hatfield, Pretoria based office. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, compiling, coordinating, and submitting tenders while ensuring strict compliance with company and tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Source new tenders via online platforms
Procure tender documents where required
Plan and attend tender briefings
Maintain and update a tender register
Compile tender submissions under HOD supervision
Coordinate geographically spread submissions
Ensure documents are approved before submission deadlines
Conduct quarterly follow-ups on tender evaluations
Monitor and renew compliance documents before expiry

Requirements

Minimum 2 years tender administration experience (mandatory)
Experience in facility management tenders advantageous
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Traceable references (checks will be conducted)
