(eng= CLI Administrator Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, professional, and customer-focused CLI Administrator to play a key role in managing data, handling client communication, and supporting internal operations. Location: Pretoria East Salary: R15 000 – R25 000 Available Positions: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Key Responsibilities: Monitor, manage, and prioritize incoming workload from all operating systems to ensure all tasks and queries are attended to promptly. Communicate and coordinate with creditors to facilitate the substitution of consumers Credit Life Insurance policies. Proactively follow up with creditors to confirm receipt of documents and verify progress on pending matters. Receive, assess, and manage creditor requests, ensuring that all necessary information and supporting documentation are provided accurately and within set turnaround times. Draft and prepare required forms for processing and verification. Communicate effectively with consumers in responding to queries and follow up where required. Collaborate with internal teams (such as finance, sales, or after-sales) to ensure a smooth workflow. Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of all data and records. Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all correspondence, documents, and confirmations in compliance with company and legal requirements. Ensure all processes and documentation adhere to company standards, data protection laws, and audit requirements. Provide regular updates and progress reports on work volumes, consumer and creditor interactions to the Head of Department. Job Requirements: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). Strong knowledge of MS Office. Experience in administration, data management, or customer service (advantageous). Excellent telephone etiquette and professional email communication. Handhaaf akkurate, georganiseerde en opgedateerde rekords van alle korrespondensie, dokumente en bevestigings in ooreenstemming met maatskappy- en wetlike vereistes. Verseker dat alle prosesse en dokumentasie voldoen aan maatskappystandaarde, databeskermingswetgewing en ouditvereistes. Verskaf gereelde opdaterings en vorderingsverslae oor werksvolumes, verbruikers- en krediteurinteraksies aan die Departementshoof. Posvereistes: Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12). Sterk kennis van MS Office. Ervaring in administrasie, datahantering of kliëntediens (voorkeur). Uitstekende telefoonettiket en professionele e-poskommunikasie. Vermoë om akkuraat en georganiseerd te werk in n vinnige omgewing. Betroubare vervoer Sterk probleemoplossingsvaardighede en aandag aan detail. Vermoë om onafhanklik én binne n span te werk. Karaktereienskappe Professioneel, vriendelik, en kliënt-gefokus. Uitstekende kommunikasie- en luistervaardighede. Hoë vlak van verantwoordelikheid en integriteit.
