Hire Resolve, a renowned recruitment firm, is currently partnering with a leading Cosmetics Retailer to find a skilled Credit Controller for their team. As a Credit Controller in the Cosmetics Retail industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the credit control processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts from customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of a well-established Cosmetics Retailer.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts
Review and assess customer credit profiles to determine creditworthiness and credit limits
Proactively follow up with customers to resolve payment issues, disputes, and queries
Collaborate with the sales team and internal stakeholders to address customer credit-related matters
Prepare and analyze reports on credit control activities, aging debt, and key performance indicators
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and credit files
Implement and enforce credit control policies and procedures
Identify and escalate potential credit risks and recommend appropriate actions
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller, preferably in the retail or cosmetics industry
Strong knowledge of credit control practices, procedures, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor`s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (preferred)
