Job Description

Technical Solution Architecture & Troubleshooting Architect end to end cybersecurity solutions aligned with customer business needs. Design and validate solution architectures, including reference designs, network diagrams and integration patterns. Lead proof of concepts (POCs) showcasing the business and technical value of proposed solutions. Translate customer requirements into scalable Bills of Materials (BOMs) and solution proposals. Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions to overcome clients security risk. Pre-Sales & Partner Enablement Act as the trusted technical advisor for partners, internal teams and strategic customers. Support the sales cycle with demonstrations, presentations, workshops and architecture deep‑ Conduct enablement sessions, webinars and technical training to increase partner capability. Build and maintain demo and lab environments that showcase vendor technologies. Technical Leadership & Relationship Management Maintain strong technical relationships with vendors and partners to stay aligned with product strategy and roadmaps. Provide mentorship / training and knowledge transfer to internal engineers and new hires. Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and specialist training sessions. Solution Design & Implementation Produce high quality technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and upgrade/migration plans. Project Scoping & Governance Scope Professional Services (PS) engagements and develop Statements of Work (SOW). Oversee design integrity during project execution to ensure architectures are implemented correctly. Create project implementation documentation and network diagrams. Collaborate with vendors for product updates, escalations, and issue resolution. Training & Certification Conduct vendor training sessions and webinars. Deliver technical presentations on security solutions. Requirements Education required Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience needed Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike Sentinel One, Tenable, or equivalent) preferred. Software skills needed Network Security experience on Palo Alto, Fortinet, CrowdStrike End Point SentinelOne Endpoint Protection Vulnerability Management Cloud Security Freshdesk (for support ticket management) Network and security tools (Wireshark, TCPDump, Nmap, etc.) SIEM and security analytics tools Soft skills needed Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Competencies and expectations Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, network security design and secure infrastructure patterns. Ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps. Exceptional communication and customer engagement capability able to influence both technical and non technical stakeholders. Deep proficiency in troubleshooting, solution validation and architectural governance. Strategic thinker with the ability to design scalable, future proof architectures. Ability to work independently and take initiative while being a team player. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and evolving security threats. Commitment to maintaining industry certifications and staying updated on technology trends. Reporting structure: Technical Team Lead Working conditions Work Hours: From 8am to 5pm Environment: office-based with occasional travel Physical Requirements: Mix of desk bound and occasional travel to customers
