Job Description
Our company based in Lynnwood; Pretoria is looking for Financial Advisors who will be tied to selling Discovery Products. A specialist with extensive knowledge in how to sell and build new networks. Someone who fully understands the Sales lifecycle, inclusive of client services. The ideal candidate must have an unsatiable hunger to write his/her own cheque and will be innovative in finding new ways to source customers. This person should have a passion for people and must ensure they remain fit and proper.

Duties
- Communicating with clients, including phone calls, e-mails and personal meetings.
- Presenting the Companys products and conducting sales.
- Conduct customer needs analysis and advise accordingly.
- Provide feedback on daily activities (calls, appointments, sales etc.)
- Develop and maintain client network.
- Use companys resources and expertise to analyze client needs.
- Facilitate additional lead generation.
- Work in CRM, keeping clients information complete and up to date.
- Undergo necessary scheduled trainings and upskilling sessions.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent Essential.
- 120 FAIS credits (NQF 5) in Wealth Management, CFP preferred.
- 2 or more years experience as a Financial Advisor within the financial services industry, life and investment essential.
- RE 5 certificates.
- Proven sales track record.
