About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized Document Controller to join our team on a 6-month contract basis in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and controlling company documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control company documentation and revision updates
- Ensure documents are registered, distributed, and stored correctly
- Support PPAP documentation for customer and supplier products
- Capture and maintain engineering alerts and capability data
- Update NCR tracker, claims register, and quality records
- Monitor and update Q1 MSA activities on the Ford Portal
- Provide administrative support including PR issuing and meeting minutes
Requirements
- National Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- 12 years administrative experience in a quality environment within the automotive industry
- Knowledge of PPAP and document control systems (QMS / EMS / HSE)
- Strong administration, planning and organizational skills
- Good data capturing and computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP B1 knowledge will be advantageous
