• Create and maintain dynamic data visualisations and reports based on KPAs for different business units.
• Analyse structured data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in line with company objectives.
• Manage data warehouses and reporting servers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Research, recommend, and deploy best practices and latest BI tools to improve reporting efficiency

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum qualification in Analytics; BSc in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably in the microfinance or financial services sector.
• Proven skills in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Visio.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
