Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of Client Partners into AIenabled strategic advisors through structured 120day upskilling roadmaps
• Orchestrate collaboration with Data Sciences to embed predictive models into client journeys and ROIdriven storytelling
• Drive Csuite relationships, enhancing retention and expansion through continuous insight and sentiment monitoring
• Align crossfunctional roadmaps with Product and Data Science teams; convert multisource insights into influential content
• Set KPIs, governance, and agile feedback loops that ensure a highperforming humanAI hybrid advisory capability

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• MBA or BSc in Business, Marketing, or Insights
• Certifications in AI strategy, prompt engineering, or data storytelling (advantageous)

Experience:

• 12+ years in insights/consulting, including 5+ years leading teams in productled research, CX, or strategy
• Proven success in African markets and AIdriven transformation
• Strong track record in Csuite engagement and revenue growth

Skills:

• Hybrid leadership—coaching teams in AI literacy, storytelling, and CRM orchestration
• Ability to work in matrix structures with Data Science/Tech divisions
• Deep understanding of ESOMAR ethics, predictive advisory, and insight commercialisation

Nonnegotiables:

• Ability to merge human insight with AIpowered outputs to influence executive decisionmaking
