About the Role
As an Industrial Engineer at Network Finance, you will play a crucial role in bridging strategy and production, leveraging data-driven decision-making, and driving operational excellence. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects, including process and systems optimisation, and contribute to the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and deploy tactical and strategic operational plans
- Partner with supply chain and quality teams to monitor manufacturing performance
- Promote continuous quality improvement across the organisation
- Evaluate and recommend manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and gauging
- Perform benchmarking within manufacturing engineering
- Conduct time and motion studies and statistical analysis
- Drive and champion 5S principles across operations
- Lead industrialisation release phases for product changes
- Consolidate and report key Industrial Engineering indicators with action plans
- Analyse capacity requirements and recommend optimal manning levels
Requirements
- Degree, B-Tech, N-Dip or Postgraduate qualification in Industrial Engineering
- 2–5 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in military vehicle design environment (advantageous)
- Six Sigma qualification (advantageous)
- Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel capability
- Basic understanding of Python or similar programming language
