Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and versatile Junior Admin assistant to two Managers to provide comprehensive support to two of our senior managers. This is not a traditional PA role; you will be a pivotal member of our team, acting as a key liaison between management, staff, and clients. The ideal candidate is a master of multitasking, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a keen eye for detail. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations, from administrative support to stock management and client engagement.Key Responsibilities:-Manage and coordinate the communication and research and for manager.-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of management.-Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls and emails, and handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.-Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, placing orders for stock and office supplies, and tracking deliveries.-Support the finance department with administrative tasks such as reconciling accounts, processing expense claims, and preparing documentation for invoicing.-Conduct research as needed for projects, client requests, or operational improvements.-Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with a high level of customer service and building positive relationships.-Manage inbound sales queries and provide customers with product/service information.
