Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with sourcing and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Advise and recommend parts solutions across multiple automotive brands
• Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
• Manage stock levels and assist with ordering to meet customer demand
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients
• Collaborate with service and workshop teams to ensure smooth operations
