TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Execution Manager: Grain Trading within the Grain division at Pretoria, Gauteng. Job Summary This role involves managing the end-to-end execution of grain trading transactions, ensuring accurate administration, effective logistical coordination, and strong process control from contract conclusion through to final delivery and settlement. Responsibilities and Duties Trading administration, including deal capturing, confirmations, and documentation Execution of grain trading contracts in line with agreed terms and timelines Coordination of logistics with internal teams, silos, transporters, and counterparties Ongoing process control to ensure compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation Contract management, including monitoring performance, amendments, and closures Liaising with traders, operations, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution Identifying execution risks and resolving operational issues proactively Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field 5 years experience in grain trading, trading execution, or agricultural operations Strong administrative and organisational skills Sound understanding of contracts, logistics flows, and process controls High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong coordination and follow-through Analytical and problem-solving ability Effective communication and stakeholder management Process-driven with a risk-aware mindset Valid Drivers License (Code 08) Willing to travel Valid Passport (advantageous) Take the next step in your career with TWK Agri, a trusted leader in agriculture and beyond. *The company can expire job adverts at any time at their own discretion.
