Job Description

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the finance team Assist with capturing financial data, invoices, and transactions accurately Support accounts payable and receivable processes Assist with filing, document control, and maintenance of financial records Support reconciliation processes and basic financial reporting activities Assist with procurement and expense tracking administration Participate in audit preparation and compliance-related activities Provide general office and finance-related administrative support Minimum Requirements Currently studying towards a qualification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Requires Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) to complete the qualification (preferred) Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting concepts Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Key Competencies High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Professional integrity and ability to handle confidential information Effective time management and organisational skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment What You Will Gain Practical exposure to real-world finance and accounting processes Hands-on experience with financial systems and reporting Understanding of compliance, auditing, and financial controls Mentorship and guidance from experienced finance professionals Development of technical and professional workplace skills Please note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
