Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Manage daily client interactions, including documentation, queries, and cash systems. Oversee the onboarding of new clients and maintain up-to-date records for existing ones. Handle settlements, perform reconciliations, and manage exchange control applications. Deliver outstanding client service and resolve queries efficiently. Provide accurate rate quotes and optimize profitability.
Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification or certification. Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative environment. Proficiency in Outlook and other related software packages.
