Pretoria: Full Stack Test Analyst

Requirements 5 – 8 years’ experience with Performance Test Execution, with minimum 3 years in the cloud environment and data environments. 3 to 6 years experienced in conducting Functional Testing and Automation Testing as well as coordinating and reporting on User Acceptance Testing preparation, execution and sign off. Solid knowledge and experience with Data Testing, Latency Testing, Failover Testing and Capacity Testing. Extensive knowledge of LoadRunner – MF ALM. Knowledge of software development languages (VB Scripting, C and Java). Experience in Integration Performance Testing, API Performance Testing and Web Services Performance Testing. Understanding of testing concepts i.e. testing methodologies and techniques. Experience in automating API Services. Responsibilities Provide ongoing testing analysis to support the business and project teams. Understand and apply industry testing standards and protocols when required. Evaluate hardware and software during development to ensure solutions meet defined technical and functional requirements. Identify products, features, or components to be assessed during the software review process. Define appropriate test plans, including required test cases and test data. Manage test data and document results of each test cycle to identify defects and performance issues. Liaise with the software development team to ensure alignment throughout the testing lifecycle. Identify and help rectify errors overlooked during development to ensure solutions function efficiently prior to deployment. Run diagnostic and system tests and present findings to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with development and validation teams to ensure effective communication and smooth delivery. Identify and recommend the removal of redundant functions and components. Develop a strong understanding of business applications, user needs, and expectations. Work with business stakeholders to validate functional requirements against defined business needs. Manage the quality of the solutions being deployed through required testing and evaluation processes. Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure the deployed solution meets business requirements. Perform any other related duties necessary for successful delivery of the services.
