Job Description

About the Role

AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin (Finance) to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. As an HR Admin, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with arranging interviews (calling candidates, booking meetings, etc)
Compiling interview packs
Assist with relevant clearance checks for appointments
Compiling relevant documents for interviews/appointments
Compiling relevant documents for renewals, promotions, increases, etc
Attend to relevant HR related queries
Assist with follow-ups on relevant HR related matters
Assist with Adhoc projects

Requirements

Skills and experience required for this role include a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A minimum of an HR Diploma is preferred.
