About the Role
The HR Support Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and providing administrative support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness
- Maintain HR trackers and dashboards
- Assist with policy documentation and governance records
- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs
- Maintain leave records and employee data updates
- Assist with employee benefit administration
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment administration
- Manage onboarding documentation and pre-employment checks
- Maintain training records and compliance tracking
- Administer visa and work permit processes
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
- Maintain mobility tracking registers
- Track accommodation occupancy
- Log and escalate maintenance issues
- Liaise with contractors and service providers
- Ensure operational readiness of office and accommodation facilities
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR administration or operations support
