Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within manufacturing processes
- Optimize workflow and layout to minimize waste and reduce production costs
- Conduct time studies and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Design and implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve quality and reduce lead times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or technologies
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Continuous improvement of production processes through data analysis and problem-solving
- Participate in project management activities to support new product launches or process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization
- Experience with process improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Kaizen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus
