Pretoria: Information and Liaison Officer

Minimum requirements: Must have completed Grade 12 Must be able to speak English and 1 or 2 African languages MUST come from a Call Centre environment (5 Years at least) Provide telephonic advise to complainants and industry participants on the Consumer Protection Act Must be able to accurately update and maintain the complaints management system Respond professionally to incoming telephone enquiries, requests for advice and follow-ups on current cases from complainants and industry participants Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act will be advantageous Knowledge of the South Africans Automotive Industry Code of Conduct will be advantageous Consultant: Heidi Diedericks – Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
