Duties & Responsibilities
- Contribute to and drive sales by effectively calling clients
- Convert inbound sales leads into concluded sales
- Achieve sales targets and convert outbound leads
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge is shared with clients
- Process and manage accurate sales information from start to finalization
- Adhere to sales team standards and checklist requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong client relationships
- Handle data capturing with precision
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Experience with telesales and online sales
- Customer relations background
- Strong in admin and skilled in Microsoft Office
- Multilingual (advantageous)
- Experience with social media for business
- Own transport required
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Performance-driven mindset with a strong work ethic
