About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Payroll Administrator to join our team at Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd in Pretoria. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for supporting our payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of payroll processing. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Provide administrative support to the payroll team as needed
- Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll software, legislation, and procedures
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy skills
- Basic IT skills, particularly Excel

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R500,000 – R600,000 per annum
- 13th cheque and annual leave entitlements apply
