You’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, upholding our high standards, and fostering a positive and productive team culture.What You’ll Be Doing:~ Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and coordinate a team of skilled production operators, distributing tasks and managing workflow to smash production targets.~ Skill Development: Champion the growth of our team by training new and existing staff on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), essential safety protocols, and stringent quality standards.~ Performance Drive: Monitor team output and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we consistently meet and exceed production targets for quality, efficiency, and deadlines.~ Safety First: Be a role model for safety!
