About the Role

The Junior Project Manager will support the project team in ensuring compliance with company safety procedures, managing scope changes, and tracking progress. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in communicating health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements and ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
  • Support risk identification and tracking.
  • Maintain project quality documentation.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and lessons learned.
  • Assist in documenting project scope and contractual requirements.
  • Help manage scope changes and track change control processes.
  • Coordinate project interfaces under supervision.
  • Assist with design documentation flow and compliance tracking.
  • Support development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Assist in updating timelines and resource plans.
  • Track progress and escalate delays.
  • Support documentation turnover and project close-out activities.
  • Assist in preparing cost estimates.
  • Maintain cost tracking records.
  • Support budget monitoring and monthly financial reporting.
  • Assist with invoicing and financial administration.
  • Document client requirements and project communications.
  • Maintain meeting minutes and action registers.
  • Support stakeholder and subcontractor coordination.
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in resolving minor issues.

Requirements

  • National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in: Engineering Project Management Construction Project Management Quantity Surveying Or related field
