Understand client needs, market trends, and talent strategies to provide meaningful recruitment insights. Drive service excellence and ensure consistent delivery across multiple business units. Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in the recruitment industry (agency or internal), with a strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle. Previous exposure to client management, account coordination, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
