Lynnwood, Pta: LEASING ADMINISTRATOR Minimum Requirements:-Professional Afrikaans speaking preferably female aged 40-50 years-Afrikaans and English first & second languages a must-Matric-Minimum 2 years recent property leasing experience A MUST (preferably Commercial- or Retail leasing) -Good understanding of Commercial/Retail Centre operations very important-Strong understanding of lease documentation, property terminology and leasing processes a must-Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills and able to work under pressure-Computer literate in MS Office-Stable employment record and contactable employment references-To start as soon as possible Work hours: Mondays to Fridays from 8am-5pmDuties:-Property leasing admin duties for Property Management company, specialising in Commercial- and Retail leasing-Prepare, review and process Offers to Rent, Lease Agreements, Cessions and Renewals-Maintain accurate lease schedules, tenant records and FICA documentation-Coordinate with Centre- & Portfolio Managers, and Legal Departments to finalise lease documentation-Track lease expiries, renewals, and rental escalations-Provide admin support for leasing projectsSalary: R 15 000 – R 20 000 gross maximumE-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF format (Not as a link) and indicate Reference CR2779; and your monthly gross salary expectation in context with amount offered.APPLICATIONS NOT MEETING ALL REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DELETED.
