Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase AUM.
- Build strong relationships with clients, advisors, and intermediaries, delivering tailored investment solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and existing relationships.
- Present investment solutions, provide training, and offer ongoing client and partner support.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery in collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, and competitors to refine strategies.
- Report on business development activities, client insights, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related fields (advanced degrees or certifications like CFP are a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or client management within investment management.
