About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join our team at Dante Group Ltd in Pretoria North. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will provide exceptional executive support to our senior management, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and correspondence for senior executives
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office software
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Relevant Administrative or Secretarial qualification (Advantageous)
- 2 to 3 years experience in a similar PA or executive support role
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
