The successful candidate will play a crucial role to ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals. Functions: • To foster the company’s Personally Yours brand promise by ensuring not only the SLA achievements in all operational spaces but the quality of the service. • Ensure efficient service delivery, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals. • Focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing member and provider experiences, and ensuring the scheme’s operations contribute to its overall sustainability and growth. Skills: • Business management • Budgeting & financial control • People management • Communication – written and verbal • Computer • Leadership • Integrity and ethical principles • Analytical skills • Establish high performance teams
Requirements:
