Our client in the Import and Export Industry is looking to hire an Operations Leader to fill the vacant position in their institution

Responsible for company daily operation, helping set company’s quarterly goals and executing the corresponding quarterly plans, ensure yearly profit goals achieving

Duties:
• Establishing, improving, and implementing company’s supply chain management, quality management system and manufacturing process.
• Responsible for company regulatory framework implementation effectively in the work site, follow up the final implementation result and keep on continual improvement.
• Taking lead team to finish sorting and containment task according to customer’s requirement.
• Responsible for manpower arrangement and coordination, evaluate and update manpower skill matrix.
• Responsible for standardization and 5S implement, coach, and train the operators according to mew projects working instruction,detect and control the project risk.
• Responsible for cost control of manpower and consumables.
• Responsible for communicating with customers, organize regulation meeting with related department, improve internal working efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for customer complaint and slipping cases solving ,submit 8D report in time accordingly
• Coordinating HR and operation department to ensure smooth cooperation
• Auto market trends, competitors’ strategies, and related national policies

Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in business, logistics, Automotive engineering or mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in automotive industry and experienced in department management, third party quality inspection industry background is preferred
• Familiar with product definition, product development, field service cycles and processes
• Familiar with TS16949quality management systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment as well as working independently
• Can travel frequently and ready for urgently business travel
