About the Role
Our client in the Agricultural Industry is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant/Admin Co-ordinator to manage the office of the MD and offer the level of support required. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Organising of meetings eg. Checking availability, consult on dates, find venue for the meeting, organise catering, handle paperwork, prepare documents
• Travel eg. Get quotes from travel agent, liase to ensure service level is obtained, apply for visas, arrange all transport, create full itinerary, ensure all supporting documents for travel is arranged, obtain expenses
• Diary coordination and management eg. Check mails, arrange meetings
• Filling eg. Implement and obtain system, ensure all files are accessible and up to date
Requirements
• Atleast 5 years’ experience in senior environment
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, journals and regulations
• Basic ability to add, substract, multiply and divide
• Ability to compute and interpret graphs
• Effectively present information and respond to questions
• English and Afrikaans spoken
Qualifications
• BA Degree, National Diploma in Admin.
