About the Role
The Paraplanner role is an entry-level position within our finance company, supporting financial planners and advisers by efficiently handling administrative tasks and organizing client records. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate client information and financial records
- Analyze clients’ financial data to assist in developing strategic financial plans and projections
- Prepare reports, proposals, presentations, and recommendations for review by financial planners and advisers
- Conduct research on financial products, insurance policies, investment options, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with the preparation and updating of client portfolios and documentation
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and regulatory compliance checks
- Support financial planners by managing workflow and report production for client meetings
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling client information and compliance with financial regulations
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners as required
