Job Summary
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor to join our client`s team in Pretoria in the Scaffolding industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the production processes, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality in all operations.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Manage the production team to achieve operational targets and ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily production activities and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in scaffolding or related industries is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in manufacturing or production management would be an advantage.
