About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Pretoria, responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail industry (shop fitting) and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project teams and ensure quality control throughout project life cycles
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end; define project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management
- Develop project plans and schedule using appropriate tools
- Communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
- Issue status reports to the project team
- Proactively manage changes in the project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
