Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruitment consultant to join our team based in Pretoria.
Education and Qualification Requirements:
A minimum of Matric
A Degree in Human Resource Management or a similar qualification
Minimum applicable experience is 2 – 4 years. The ideal candidate will have experience in screening candidates via telephone or virtually, interviewing candidates, conducting verification checks, and working on various recruitment platforms such as PNet, Careers24, LinkedIn.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised and focused with strong interviewing skills
Experience working on applicant tracking systems such as Placement Partner or similar
Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in MS Suite, including PNet, Careers 24, Jobmail, Executive Placements, and Placement Partner
Fluency in English and Afrikaans
Valid driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting recruitment proposals for clients
Liaising with clients to determine accurate job descriptions
Conducting salary benchmarking
Designing advertisements for vacancies
Advertising vacancies on numerous recruiting platforms and social media
Utilising different recruiting platforms to source candidates according to job specifications
Screening candidates telephonically
Compiling interview guides
Scheduling, attending, and conducting interviews
Conducting background checks via MIE (reference, credit, criminal, and qualification verification checks)
Updating positions recruitment progress on MS Planner
Remuneration will be based on the market rate.
