About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our branches. If you have experience in the Building Glass Industry and excellent leadership skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Review meetings
- Provide feedback on previous days’ jobs
- Plan for current day’s job
- Plan for tomorrow’s jobs
- Optimize vehicle schedule and optimization (morning and afternoon)
- Allocate job allocations and optimization
- Ensure all jobs have invoices
- Ensure glass and consumables are loaded only as per the invoice
- Allocate bank payments to the relevant department and sales persona
- Allocate invoice and input payment on SAP
- Move un-invoiced jobs to the Jobs In Progress sheet
- Allocate Speed point and cash payments
- Complete banking on SAP
- Update the banking file with the day’s banking
- Control and update petty cash
- Check available stock and process orders where needed
- Process GRV invoices
- Convert stock on SAP
- Issue and control stock losses
- Update and control credit note book
- Provide branch feedback, including debtors lists
Requirements
- Experience in the Building Glass Industry
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
