About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Reservations Consultant to join our team at Hospitality Placements’ Head Office in Pretoria East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and business administration, with a deep understanding of customer needs in the Tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations and bookings for clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client bookings and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Business administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of business and customer needs in the Tourism industry, including rates, activities, and lodge operational procedures
