About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Reservations Consultant to join our team at Hospitality Placements’ Pretoria East office. As part of our hospitality group Head Office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the operational aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process reservations and manage bookings for clients across various accommodation types
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the tourism industry to provide expert advice on rates, activities, and lodge operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in reservations or a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Business administration experience
  • In-depth knowledge of business and customer needs in the Tourism industry, including rates, activities, and lodge operational procedures
