Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accounting records and financial statements
- Conduct audits and tax planning
- Provide timely management reports and information
- Ensure proper handling of data and computer usage for task completion
- Answer phone calls and handle correspondence when required
- File, mail, and manage documentation
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed in the normal course of business
- Maintain and update timesheets daily with adequate detail on tasks performed
- Ensure work is completed timeously, accurately, and in order of priority
- Maintain a professional and neat office appearance
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting or auditing
- Ability to provide clients with professional financial and management advice
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance (e.g., BCom Accounting)
