Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accounting records and financial statements
  • Conduct audits and tax planning
  • Provide timely management reports and information
  • Ensure proper handling of data and computer usage for task completion
  • Answer phone calls and handle correspondence when required
  • File, mail, and manage documentation
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks as needed in the normal course of business
  • Maintain and update timesheets daily with adequate detail on tasks performed
  • Ensure work is completed timeously, accurately, and in order of priority
  • Maintain a professional and neat office appearance

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in accounting or auditing
  • Ability to provide clients with professional financial and management advice

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance (e.g., BCom Accounting)
