Hire Resolves’ client is currently seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through the implementation of automated testing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, as well as identify and report defects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for software testing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and technical specifications
• Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results
• Identify and report defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues
• Participate in test planning and strategy development
• Contribute to the continual improvement of the automated testing processes and frameworks
• Mentor team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation
• Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)
• Experience in any Database with good SQL knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members is a plus
