About the Role
AtripleA recruitment & temps is seeking an experienced Store Room Supervisor to join our client’s team in Pretoria. As a key member of the store room team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store room and providing excellent support to the sales floor team.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Weekly feedback to management regarding outstanding queries or issues
- Check and GRV new stock
- Ensure all stock is merchandised on sales floor and pricing kept up to date
- Check all IBT’s & update stock file
- Sending Invoices to finance weekly
- Supervise Store Room staff to ensure all duties are carried out
- Quarterly Stock Takes
- Stock control, including stock management and deliveries
- Monthly Reports as requested by Branch Manager
- Stock Takes and Hazard Counts as per the agreed procedures
- Maintenance all equipment used in the Stock Room
- Records and checks quantity and quality of goods received
- Maintains safe work environment according to company and labor procedures
Requirements
- Matric
- 2-3 years receiving and storeroom experience
- Strong Admin skills
- Communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Computer Literate
- Language – proficient in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to work with numbers
