Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Telemarketing/Call Centre Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. If you enjoy interacting with people, are passionate about sales, and love to work towards targets, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, presenting our products and services effectively
• Customer Interaction: Engage customers with professionalism and enthusiasm, building rapport and addressing customer inquiries and concerns
• Sales Target: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the team
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services and stay updated on any changes or new offerings
• Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers through phone and email to convert leads into sales
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and managers to share best practices and achieve collective goals
Qualifications and Skills:
• Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and persuasive speaking manner
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work well under pressure and handle rejection positively
• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in cold calling or a telesales role is essential
