Job Description

Tender Administrator ( Pretoria)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Administrator with 3-5 years of experience in tender administration and office support. The ideal candidate will handle the full tender process, general administrative duties, and telesales support. Strong communication, computer literacy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and compile tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
Track tender opportunities and manage submission deadlines.
Ensure compliance with tender specifications and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and send out quotations in response to client enquiries.
Follow up on quotes and maintain quotation records.
Filing, scanning, and maintaining organized electronic and physical records.
Assist with office tasks and day-to-day admin duties as required.
Contact prospective or existing customers to provide product/service information.
Maintain telesales call records and follow-up activities.
Compile reports on tenders, quotes, and telesales activities.
Liaise with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth communication.
Work confidently with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Update internal databases and documentation systems.

Requirements:
3-5 years in tender administration or similar administrative role.
Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Afrikaans is an added advantage.
Attention to detail.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Professional and reliable.
