Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle of pre-owned vehicles from prospecting and client engagement to finalizing the sale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle sales, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Sell quality pre-owned vehicles to prospective customers

Manage the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure

Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features confidently

Build and maintain lasting customer relationships

Follow up on leads and ensure exceptional post-sale service

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and pricing
-
Ensure all finance and delivery paperwork is accurately completed
-
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership goals

Proven closing skills with a customer-centric approach

Strong organizational and follow-up abilities

Knowledge of dealership CRM systems (advantageous)
