Job Summary
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hospitality reservations experience
- Knowledge of PAN Hospitality software is advantageous
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work remotely in a lodge environment
- Additional customer service experience is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is beneficial
Job description:
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for guests interested in Samara.
- Efficiently manage the reservation process from initial inquiry to final booking.
- Strategically sell accommodations and experiences to maximize revenue while delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Cultivate strong relationships with tour operators and travel advisors by providing prompt and detailed information.
- Implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and create tailored itineraries for VIPs and themed trips.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date rates and booking terms are displayed on online platforms.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales, income, new business, inquiries, and booking releases.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the reservations office by performing general administrative tasks.
