Queenstown: Wholesale Manager – Meat Traders

Minimum requirements National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). 35 years experience in a wholesale and/or retail environment, preferably in meat, food or FMCG. At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial position. Must have sales experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; experience on Abaserve or similar ERP will be an advantage. Valid drivers licence and reliable transport. Skills and competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage key customers and build long-term relationships. Strong leadership and people-management skills with a hands-on, practical approach. Business-minded, numerate and confident working with sales reports, margins and targets. Highly organised, able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and a commitment to food safety, hygiene and quality standards.
