About the Role
Placement Point is seeking highly skilled Dispatch Centre Co-Ordinators to join our team in Randburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple teams and regions simultaneously, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 1 to 10 teams across designated regions
- Schedule daily appointments and allocate teams according to workload and location
- Monitor team punctuality and ensure all appointments are attended on time
- Oversee completion of daily tasks and verify that work meets required standards
- Ensure all teams upload required documentation, photos, and job completion evidence on relevant applications
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, job progress, and team performance
- Work confidently on Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
- Use Outlook for scheduling, communication, and coordination
- Operate various customerspecific applications for job updates, submissions, and workflow management
- Ensure all digital documentation is correctly captured, stored, and submitted

- Working hours: Monday-Friday 08h00, but must be available up to 19h30 at night from home online (2 days work from home)
- Saturdays up to 15h00 work from home
