Our client, a well-known and fast-paced corporate branding company based in Randpark Ridge (Randburg), is looking to appoint a meticulous and experienced Production Facilitator to serve as the critical link between their sales and production teams.
This is a high-volume, detail-driven role where efficiency, organisation, and strong communication are key. If you thrive under pressure and have a background in corporate branding, this could be the perfect fit.
Role Overview:
As the Production Facilitator, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of orders once sales have been confirmed, ensuring all details are accurately translated to the production team. Youll be the key point of contact for tracking job progress, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery all while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the sales and production departments
-
Review and process incoming orders with attention to branding specs and deadlines
-
Ensure all order details, product specs, and client requirements are clearly communicated
-
Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met
-
Troubleshoot issues or delays and provide real-time updates to the relevant teams
-
Maintain internal systems with accurate order information
-
Manage multiple jobs simultaneously in a high-volume environment
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in a similar role within a corporate branding or promotional products company (non-negotiable)

Is highly detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle a fast-paced workload
-
Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills
-
Has solid problem-solving abilities and thrives in a deadline-driven environment
-
Understands the branding and production process from start to finish
-
Is based in or able to commute to Randpark Ridge, Randburg
