Our client is an Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and Management (EPCM) Company.
Job Description
You will be responsible for the following key functions:
- Assist with project proposals (quotes/tenders)
- Assist with client order handovers
- Assist with project plans & method statement under the guidance of general manager & technical expert
- To manage project delivery end to end
- Coordinate project activities (Procurement, Logistics, H&S and Resource Deployment) to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Engage with product OEM where necessary to ensure project delivery
- Monitor & communicate project progress internally and with clients
- Assist with compiling of project reports under the guidance of general manager & technical expert
- Collaborate with the overall cross-functional project team
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggesting process enhancements
- Stay informed about project management best practices, methodologies, and tools
Qualifications
- BSc/Diploma in project management, business administration or engineering
- 2 Years post-graduate experience
