About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Randburg. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing candidates with our clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to engage potential clients and promote our services
- Source and place candidates with our clients
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Attend daily meetings and progress updates
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and candidate placements
Requirements
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask
- Valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (if applicable)
